I've done three RoR startups and *hugely* prefer it to the verbosity of Java. Objective-C is better, and I did early ('86-'88) seminal work in it as well. Rubymotion is a great advance ... think ... when did you last see a "desktop" computer?

Early Objective-c and sample iOS demos, but nothing remotely productionable yet.
Great group -- just started but every meeting is better-attended. The presentations and presenters have been great as well.
