Build fully-native iOS apps with Ruby, in your favorite editor, without having to touch Xcode or Objective-C. All the benefits of Ruby, and fully-native on iOS.
The similarities between Ruby and Objective-C are enough that a former Apple employee named Laurent Sansonetti was able to make a compiler for Ruby that outputs native iOS machine code. It was announced in the spring of 2012 and has been in and out of hacker news since. We're intending to make Denver/Boulder a hub for the Ruby Motion community.
