Hi ladies I am at Bank and will be with you  at 11.30! Try to group together!

Ahh love is in the air! Or it might be on one of our most social walks......

A chance to mingle with other genuine outdoorsy, 35-45 year old, fit outgoing people, and have a great time over a seven mile hike with loads of time to talk to other members of the group and of course hit the pub afterwards!

This route takes us straight across the Forest from Epping to Chingford, it's something like 7-9 miles depending on which route we take. There is a nice pub conveniently right in the middle, and another at the end, we will of course stop at both!

Starting in the northeast fringes of London, the fantastic ancient woodland of Epping Forest stretches along a high gravel ridge for almost 20km into the Essex countryside.

Originally a royal hunting ground Epping Forest was opened to the public in 1878. At six thousand acres it is London’s largest open space, it’s sheer scale is amazing. This is quite a long one so we will need that stop for a drink in a pub in the forest halfway.

We will finish at another massive pub at the end of the day, loads of room for everyone and good hearty food.

In true dating event fashion I will play cupid and give you the opportunity to note down who you like, pass the details to me at the end, and I will send those people your e mail address after the event!

Rugged Tracks is now the home of the consecutive BOGOFF!!!

On our day events if you buy one, you get the next hike you come to for free (doesn't have to be consecutive). Then, every consecutive hike you come to after that, you also get free.

We track this via the comments at the end of each walk, (if in doubt we'll look at the photo's).

Let's see who can get the most free this year!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
