Please introduce yourself to your fellow runners. Including your running background will help the Organizer (coach) prepare a workout for you when attending Technical Training sessions.

Most running I have done in the past has been done on a field chasing soccer balls or frisbees, so I have little sense of pace. I have been out for some longer runs periodically - with some friends or a running group, but only a handful of times.

What are your running goals?

I'd like to build up endurance by running more regularly. It would also be great to meet some more regular runners and enjoy some interesting conversation in the process.


This sounds like just what I need.... I am pretty active in general and do quite a bit of hiking and climbing, but I just started to get into trail running and orienteering - so I thought it would be nice to run socially once in a while.
