We are a group of healthy active people who want to inspire the community to get out there and run and be healthy. We each come with our own set of running skills/capabilities, pace and goals.
Who Should Join: We encourage anyone who loves to run, walk, wants learn how to train for races, get healthy (and maybe shed a couple of pounds), and meet new people. No matter what your skill level or goals there is a place for you!
Purpose: To expose the community to a healthy way of being and to inspire people to achieve their fitness and health goals.
Meetup Agenda: We will be training for various community races (5K-Marathons, Triathlons), hosting sports nutrition seminars, adding in cross-training exercises like yoga and boot camps, injury prevention, and more!
