What are your health & fitness goals?

My goal is to run another marathon and to regularly participate in 10k events.

What is your current health/fitness level?

I've been doing short morning workout routines, I go running off and on.


Moved to the south bay almost 10 years ago. Have been a runner since i was in 3rd grade, but in the middle of a long lull.
