Workout at Schenley Park - special "23" workout!

This workout will be on a Thursday and something a little different! Since it's our 23rd group workout, I thought we would do this workout of "23" that incorporates the common exercises that we draw from the bag on our 3 round event. It's the only event that we'll do, and here it is:

2 rounds for time:
Run 2300 meters
23 dips
23 burpees
23 air squats
23 lunges
23 jumping jacks
23 "ski-abs"
23 sit-ups
23 push-ups
23 1-leg ground touch
23 mountain climbers
230 single-unders

I anticipate that it will be a fun challenge! Hope to see you there.

    Workout Recap - "23"

    The rain held off and "23" was completed! Joe, aka the Human Chronograph, started with a blazing pace on the run, lapping us all on the track after just a few minutes and never looked back... though Clay did close some ground on the sets of 23. Joe finished in 49:40. Jen was the lone female participant/finisher - congrats Jen! I think we all agreed that the burpees and "ski-abs" were the toughest components. For me, the 6-lap run on the second round was mentally tough... I just seemed to be going sooo slow. By the end of the workout, it sure was feeling chilly! It's definitely sweatshirt weather these days.
