Come join me in running/walking for a cause.  It's a great way to stay fit and help many worthy causes.  It's mainly for beginning runners/walkers, but we can work our way up so any level is welcome.  We can meetup for practices as we'll as socialize over dinner (pasta or other carbs I assume is appropriate) on nights before events.
