PRACTICE: We'll learn drills, begin basics of running form and RUN!

If you normally do a longer run on the weekend I recommend doing it on Saturday.  This session won't be of very high volume.  If you don't normally do a long run, just relax and be excited to show up and learn.

    I tried implementing the form we practiced during my run today, it felt good! I think I was doing everything right, I was definitely using different muscles than usual!
