What are your running or sports goals? No wrong answer, weight loss, faster 5k, have fun etc.

I would like to lean out a little bit and build more muscle. Also, I'd like to run my first half marathon sometime in early 2013!

What would you like to get out this program? again, anything goes, group training environment, learn how to stay healthy, better form etc.

I would like to learn better form and a good training schedule for a half marathon, along with good ways to continue being a runner for life!
