I began running 2 years ago, and got up to 5k 3-5 times a week in a year. I (stupidly) jumped right up to 6 miles 3 times a week and injured myself. A year of recouping and physical therapy, and I am back, and have been running 5k a few times a week for a few months now.
That's a tough one... Jai Alai is definitely up there, but I also enjoy a good porter or stout... especially a coffee stout, and especially after a run
I try to get out and run every other day, or at least 3 times a week. Living on Bayshore makes that pretty easy!
Running injury a year or so ago, finally back out on the asphalt! I really enjoy running, and good beer.
