Are you a runner (or would like to be one)? Are you also a yogi (or an aspiring one)? Would you like to combine these two activities into a healthy exercise routine? This Meetup is for you. Our primary activity will be meeting up for combination running/yoga events, learning about how to integrate these two practices, building strength and flexibility. We will also branch out into primarily running and/or yoga events, especially those that support both pillars of our mental and physical fitness.
