It's excellent that you are planning to take bike safety...there is a lot to know to stay safe out there...most of our rides are fairly flat and easy...occasionally some hills...but manageable..mainly we are about exploring really beautiful areas by combining public transit and bikes as a portal to many places...we promote bike safety and require helmets...hope to see you on a ride soon...
