Come get a full body strength and cardio interval workout while hiking Runyon Canyon with a great group of people. This workout is designed to help you increase your metabolism and burn fat all day long.
Meet at the south entrance at 10:45am. You can put the address 1860 N. Fuller, Los Angeles, CA 90046 into your GPS. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF AT LEAST 15 MINUTES TO FIND PARKING. We meet inside the front gate. Please check in with the person holding the clipboard and give them your $5 cash* for the workout. Credit cards are accepted but there will be a $0.50 surcharge. If you bring a friend who is coming for the 1st time, YOUR WORKOUT IS FREE!
The workout consists of jogging/hiking the stairs up the right hand side and stopping at various points along the way to do body weight exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, etc. All you need to bring is WATER and a positive attitude!
