Permaculture: The Most Sustainable Way to Grow Food

We know the Ecovillage will have it roots in Permaculture. It will get us through the fact that North Central Texas has its problems: Gully-washers or dry days; Worn-out, compacted soils, weeds, pests, weeds and plant-scalding summer sun.

So what will we do about it? Work with nature rather than against her. Let this taste of Permaculture show you why your want more and tell you how to get more.

Introduction is by Nick Burtner. He is just back from a two-week course in Australia with Permaculture founder Bill Mollison and Mollison’s former student, Geoff Lawton, now a Permaculture guru, teacher, and consultant on his own.

Free and check out the Greenville Farmer's Market while you are there.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
