Final hearing for the long awaited Term Limit Lawsuit filed by Patrick Wheeler, Maria Scruggs and Beverly Billaris against the 4 Termed Out County Commissioners in Pinellas County.  The Florida Supreme Court ruled in 2012 that the term limit known as 8 is Enough is constitutional and enforceable in Florida.

We watched the Plaintiffs' Attorney John Shahan astonish the audience and disturb the defense council on several occasions with well placed jabs!
The judge promises a ruling by May 17. I would not be making any large purchases right now if I were one of the four County Commissioners under fire!

I certainly hope it goes better than the last one. I'll be on hand rooting hard - - I'm dying to see them bite the dust!

Does anyone else feel the way I do? There's a game we are forced to join. We are forced to pay for the game, but they keep changing the rules. We are left holding the bag and paying for the game. They take their booty and we start another game. It's time to take over the rulebook!!
