Hi Jeanne, Yes, we have classes from 6-7 pm Mon., Tues., Wed., and Thurs. night every week. One Friday a month we have a special 6:30 to 8:00 pm class. Friday, August 24th is the next one of those. Hope to see you soon! --Shakta
Dear Jeanine, Thank you for joining the Kundalini Yoga Chicago Meetup Group ... but, haven't I said that to you once before?! I think so (see below). :-) Hopefully, I'll get to meet you at a class or other event at our studio. This Sat. and Sun. I'll teach from 10:30 am to 12 noon. Friday, August 19, 6:30 pm we're having one of our monthly 'Healing Power of Triple Gong & Mantra' session 8/19. We start with 'light' Kundalini Yoga, then 31-minutes deep relaxation with 3 gongs and end by chanting a beautiful mantra meditation. Might be a good way to get back into Kundalini Yoga for you. --Shakta
