Breakfast, bedtime, and when I have guests. However, when my waistline gets too tight, I drink 8-12 cups a day of a variety of flavors, eating only lightly. Writing tasting notes on teas is a good way to learn & keep the interest from lagging.
I can do Asian-style gongfu tea service; it's a great way to sip and sample fine oolong, black, or pu-erh tea! I have created my own tea blends. Can share tips on processing, measuring, and mixing teas, herbs, spices.
Companionship, learning, and tasting teas, old & new. To share with San Antonio area folks: knowledge of the benefits & enjoyment of the wide range of high quality teas & tisanes now becoming available to all.
It's a joy!

I leave 14 July and get back 15 August. I will be teaching for a month and then get a week in Ostfriesland for another government-paid vacation!
