SA Board Gamers Thursday night gaming.

Come and join us for Thursday night gaming! As always this is an open gaming event. We play a variety of Euro style games, Fantasy Flight games, and the occasional wargame. Come and try out new games or bring your own and share them with the group. Everyone is always welcome to join us - from the simply curious to the seasoned gamer. Don't worry if you don't know anything about the games being played; there's always someone there to explain them. Heck, if you just want to watch a game and not actually play, you are welcome to!

Great fun: played a massive game, just wish I'd taken a picture of that board spread over two tables!

I would like to get an Ameritrash 4x game to the table. War! age of Imperialism. I've worked with Grognsrd.com to incorporate a few of their revision ideas to reduce luck and the run away player. We have a game akin to Axis and Allies with a full complement of Civ-building, research and development, and a technology tree. The heart of the game is found in hearty natives who may agree to join your empire (through negotiation or conquest), only later to be stirred by your allies into uprising and rebellion. We can play a 3 hour game starting at 7:00

Put away your cubes for a night and grab a handful of combat dice!

Below is a link to the revised rule set.

It looks like an awful game, that I'd totally love. I have to work this Thursday though.

Yeah, I miss the old, open diplomacy games. Once everything has been streamlined, they all start to look the same. If I don't get. 3 then I will postpone - (Maybe Monday or next Thurs )

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
