User Group Meeting 12/13
Hello ACT! Users!
I'm happy to invite you to our next meetup on Tuesday December 13 @ 6:30 PM. The usual format starts with a quick round robin so you can get an idea who is attending. Then we'll have a presentation on a specific topic. This event's topics are:
1.) ACT! Boot Camp - Learn how to use key feature sets of ACT! to improve your daily performance.
2.) Day in the life of a successful ACT! user
3.) Tips and Tricks
Afterwards we'll have a Q&A. Feel free to ask any specific questions you might have on the topics discussed or an issue of your own.
We will be meeting at our new training center in Pleasanton for this meetup. It's a great space with plenty of room, so be sure to RSVP for this one.

Ed BlakeI think we're trying to cram too much into a 90 minute event. I think we need to drill down and dedicate our individual meetings nights to one specific topic and do it to the hilt. I've noticed that we can get off course way too easy and topics we wanted to cover end up getting glossed over or not covered at all. One part of the meeting that needs to be done, at the beginning, is to inform ALL present of current updates (hotfixes, upgrades) in addition to issues raised and how they were solved.
