I've taken a look at libGDX and practiced by deploying one of the examples to Google Appengine using Eclipse and my Google account. http://mdbfwapp.appspot.com/
It essentially does nothing, so for the meeting I'll show a towers of hanoi game as a cooler example and deploy it the same way. The beauty of the tool is that programs deployed this way run in a web browser that can use the webgl plugin, and Google gives free hosting for a number of programs under a certain amount of bandwidth.

If anyone has used the Python version of Google Appengine, I'd be interested in learning about it, since I am much more familiar with Python than I am Java.

Howard was talking about sharing a Python text adventure game that he is working on and he said Aldo will probably share a Java based game he is working on.
