Hi Warren, noticed this group you founded. My programmer experience actually came as a game programmer/designer.
I worked in Chicago at High Voltage studios, didn't last for long however. I'd be interested in checking out your group! :)
Sounds like a cool group and sadly a niche unfilled in San Antonio
Yep, one to two years professional and on and off spare-time development
Adventure games and rpg/sim games. Just about everything but not a big fan of sports/mmo games.
Brush up my skills; I'd like to get better with OpenGL

Greetings, hope to see you soon at a meetup!
Yo Chris -- we met briefly at 10b.w. -- I was there for the opening, but didn't stay on after the first month (got busy, blah). I was the dude with the film camera. Anyhow, yeah, I'm all about Python lately, and am using it a ton for a lot of silly little apps I'm writing. Hopefully we can accumulate some more users for the group, but if not maybe I just need to rejoin the hackerspace and we can discuss Python there. cheers!
Yeah, I lost you in all the traffic. I am not opposed to a meetup between now and the next session for rolling up my hermetic mage. I'm considering a female elf or human but don't have a clue as to why she wants/needs to be a runner.
Welcome to the Network, Chris! We're always looking for new players willing to die effectively... just kidding. Do you have any experience with role playing games at all? Hope you can make it to our next meetup. We're trying to organize a small game and more players are definitely needed.
Thanks, Chris. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about digital fabrication. I hope I can bring something to the table as well.
Howdy, Chris. Mainly here to talk with hackerspace folks, but digital fabrication is interesting in its own right :)
Hi Chris. We are meeting this sunday at noon at the food court at la cantera. A couple of us are also meeting tomorrow night at the hackerspace meetup, so maybe we'll see then.
