I’ve hiked with many of you, but this email isn’t about hiking – it’s to ask for your help if you are able and willing!
Pet Pals of Texas is a cause near and dear to my heart, and they are running critically low on pet food in its Pet Food Bank, which provides food for service animals and pets belonging to disabled and terminally ill owners. They currently don't have enough supplies to meet the need for next month, let alone the following months.
Pet Pals needs bags of dry cat and dog food (no puppy food, please) of any brand and any size, as well as treats and cat litter. This is completely voluntary of course! If you’d like to help, donations can be made between 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday, at the Castle Hills Self-Storage facility located at
Pet Pals of Texas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax deductible.
If you would like more information about the work of Pet Pals, please visit the website www.petpalsoftexas.org or contact me!
Thank you and I look forward to seeing you at a hike soon!
