Office of Chief Scientist:
Noam Bargal manages the co-operations between Office of the Chief Scientist and the Global Enterprises. Before joining Chief Scientist Office five years ago as an advisor for the Chief Scientist, he served at Chamber of Commerce in Munich, Germany.
In his current position Mr. Bargal is in charge of collaboration between OCS and Multi-national corporations in their engagements with Israeli Academy and Industry, including various funding opportunities.
Mr. Bargal will present the OCS' Global Enterprise R&D Collaboration Framework which aims to bring together Multi-national Corporations and Israeli startups to innovate together on a break-through technological projects, while MNC provides the technological and commercialization support and OCS supplies the funding. The session will explain the guidelines about: the target audience and minimum requirements, the program principles, MNCs involved, past and current projects, IP settlement options.
