This training run is specifically designed for those participating in the SARR 5K/10K training program. The specific "training for the day" for this Thursday will follow the training plan outlined in your training handout as follows:
5K Participants = Alternate a 10 min jog with a 1 min walk for a total of 3 miles.
Both 10K Groups (A and B Participants) will run 4 miles at race pace. This run should be at a steady pace that matches your expected 10K race pace.
This is a casual meet-up and all are welcome to join us for a great run!
