Lobster Feast - Chinese Style

Turkey Schmurkey. Let’s have a lobster feast before Turkey Day!  Some of the other members of this group and I have been talking and dreaming of eating some flavorful Chinese-style lobster (okay, more than some, I want 2 pounds just for myself!).  Chinese style means lobster stir fried in a special house sauce.  It’s super yummy.  In addition to the lobster, there will be other dishes to appease our taste buds.  If we still have energy after stuffing ourselves with lobster, let’s zip up to Del Amo or Rolling Hills AMC to catch a movie (this is optional).  There is also a place nearby called Treat that serves Snow Ice!  You’ll have to come and find out what that’s about!

Below is a recommended menu.  We can swap out items if the group agrees to changes, but I am hoping we can try a bunch of these items.  I am flexible.  Lobster is a must though.  We will be eating family style, so we will split the bill evenly for food.  Any
extras must be paid by the individuals who ordered the extra items.  Estimate between $25-30 for food.  Maybe more if we indulge in lobster.
