Fizz Fest 2013

Please join me in the celebration of all that is good, yummy, and FUN FUN FUN with champagne!!! I haven’t done Fizz Fest for a few years, so we are long overdue.

Ever wonder what the taste difference is between Brut, Extra Dry, Demi-Sec (my favorite), Blanc de Noirs, Rose, Chardonnay Champagne, etc?  Well, I am going to help you find out! I will try to make sure we have a variety of bubbly and we can line them up and taste from one spectrum to the other!

I believe for my last Fizz Fest each person drank 1.15 bottles of Fizz each!  There sure was a lot of giggling going on! Hope you can handle the bubbles! BUBBLES = TROUBLE.

*Please bring your favorite bottle of bubbly to share, something moderately priced.
It’s ok to leave the bottles of Dom and Cristal at home (you can invite me over to share them with you some other time). You can bring alcoholic bubbly other than champagne - such as sparkling wine, prosecco, cava, lambrusco, or ??? It would be great to experience the different varieties of fizz.

*Please also bring a light snack or dessert to share!  Please have dinner beforehand.

*You may consider bringing your own champagne glass to use if you are particular about how your alcohol is delivered to your taste buds.  After a few glasses, it won’t make a difference (teehee).

Hope you can make it!!!
