My interest is from a manager responsible with building documentation and training programs, as well as having "bits" to build as part of partner and developer programs. Not so much as a UI/UX designer, but from the focus of usability to consumers of documentation and training.
General insights...learn some things that I don't know. I think I don't have a focus point, but that this discussion will just reverberate for me and give me some ideas I can use.
I am looking for any nuggets on user experience that can help me position and build my programs to appeal to the widest group of audiences while still maintaining a focus on building towards "user profiles."
