Hi Nadine, I took over the role as organizer (and am paying the meet up dues) for a couple of months to see how it goes. This is not "my" meet up, it is "our" meetup. I had posted and emailed a member wide request for people to come forth & help plan the next meeting: where, when. I am still waiting for cooperation and corrdination from/with the members themselves.

Sessions run about an hour and a half. We sit or lay, mats, chairs and cushions provided, during a breathing meditation, Vispashyana, we transition to a guided meditation and then to a writing meditation.
