Thanks to everyone who came out to Sonic last night! It's too bad the weather didn't cooperate; I was hoping to see some friends from the Springs!

Despite the chilly weather, I arrived with the top down and gave a few spirited rides around the block (to keep warm, of course). When the snow started falling we all retired to The Celtic House Pub, which is just across the parking lot. There were complimentary beers for those who had traveled the farthest (Joe, from NJ) and the least (Brian and Alice). We enjoyed several appetizers and listened to the live band, before finally calling it a night around 8:30. (Maybe next year we'll have "Irish Pub Night" instead of Sonic Night.) The drive home wasn't too bad, and a good time was had by all.

    Next Sonic Night:
    April 26, from 6-7 pm.
(Sunset at 7:48 pm, full moon rises at 9:15 pm)
    9500 Federal Blvd, Denver, CO

John, it sounds like the weather there was not as bad as it was here. Glad you had a good outing. The snow was flying here around 6:00pm. Our founder expressed empathy via email, saying that he was enduring rough seas en route Hawaii.

Weather now looks terrible for travel Friday, 3/22/13. Some of you may go anyway. As of 3/22 1:00pm, I have decided that I will not attempt to attend.

Wouldn't it would be a lot more fun if we met in the Springs and went as a group? Seams we would have more presence as a club as well. Maybe I am out of line here but just a suggestion.

Great idea! Caravanning up CO-83 sure beats sitting in rush-hour traffic on I-25. Sadly, I'll be coming from the other direction, so I won't be able to join you. But it's a beautiful drive!

I will be there, if the weather is such that I drive there top down.

I will, unfortunately, be out of town on work. Have a blast!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
