Football season is starting and we have moved this potluck up so fans won't miss the Ravens game on September 15!
Please note the change: We have decided that we will NOT be having the grills going this month after all. It is just way more relaxing and fun for all concerned to not have to worry about grilling.
Please keep this in mind as you consider your food contribution for our luncheon - we will now be needing meat and more main dishes - Thanks!
Bring food to share and join the group that is"Singles With Grace at Grace Community Churchfor their monthly potluck luncheon.
We eat, we socialize, we hang out and a few games might be played.
There is a lot of opportunity to mix, mingle, meet other singles and make friends at these monthly potlucks. Jan usually has a icebreaker game to get us talking to one another.
We start gathering for the luncheon at the pavilion around 12:45 PM with the goal of beginning to eat around 1:00 PM.

Additional directions to the Outdoor Pavilion and parking instructions - The Pavilion is not visible from the front of the church when you first pull in to the parking lot from Old Columbia Road. The pavilion is behind the church, so drive around back to the rear parking lot. You will see a storm-water management pond and a volleyball area with some sheds and a pavilion. PARK in the parking lot and WALK down to the pavilion. There is not a lot of parking space adjacent to the pavilion.
- Bring a potluck dish to share.
- A potluck dish is a substantial main dish, salad or side/dessert item.
- Across the street from the church, there is a Harris Teeter grocery store and about 1/2 mile away at one of the traffic circles is a Food Lion grocery store. This may be an option if you are coming from your church's worship service and need to pick up an item to contribute to the potluck.
Usually there are 50 to 75 single men and women who regularly attend these monthly luncheons, both from Grace Community Church and from our Meetup group.

Note - This is the church that Michelle, Mike and Jan regularly attend. Posting this event is in no way an attempt to take you away from your home church. Please attend your church's worship service on Sunday morning and then join us for the luncheon.
If you do not have a regular church and/or want to use this as an opportunity to visit Grace, please contact one of us and we will coordinate with you to meet you in the lobby at 11:00 AM.
The Singles With Grace group normally sits together during the 11:15 service. We sit about halfway down the center-right section when facing the stage. If you arrive after 11:15 and want to sit with us, look for the group in that area.
