Kacee will speak on the subject of “How to be Profitable in the Cloud.” Cloud9 Real Time has hundreds
of accounting firms and thousands of small businesses utilizing its Cloud hosting services. Cloud9 helps
companies adapt to doing business "in the Cloud" – utilizing the Internet as the network for outsourcing
information technology (IT) and software application (e.g., QuickBooks) services.

Kacee oversees all of the marketing, sales and business development departments for Cloud9 Real Time,
a computer software, application hosting and virtual office solutions provider. She also heads up all
licensing and accreditation activities for the company with Microsoft, Intuit, Sage and critical data center
partners.

Speaker Bio

Kacee Johnson is Executive Vice President at Cloud9 Real Time, an accredited Managed
Service Provider (MSP) and licensed Intuit Commercial Host.

Kacee was recently awarded CPA Practice Advisor Magazine’s 2012 “Top 40 Under 40” Award,
which recognizes young professionals who are leading the accounting profession into the future.

Kacee oversees all of the marketing, sales and business development departments for Cloud9
Real Time, a computer software, application hosting and virtual office solutions provider. She
also heads up all licensing and accreditation activities for the company with Microsoft, Intuit,
Sage and critical data center partners.

Cloud9 Real Time helps companies adapt to doing business "in the Cloud" -- utilizing the
Internet as the network for outsourcing Information Technology (IT) and software application
services.

Kacee is an acknowledged industry expert on the subject of how businesses can implement and
utilize Cloud technologies in order to bridge the gap between users, applications and IT.

She is a regular speaker and commentator at Accounting, Legal and Technology events
nationwide, focusing on business development and education about Cloud computing
advancements.

Kacee combines her knowledge of business administration with experience in the field to help
accounting professionals and business executives streamline their technology infrastructure
while reducing expenditures.

Her diverse career as a business and marketing executive has included corporate leadership
positions with firms in a variety of fields, including medical technology and entertainment
merchandising management systems for retail consumer customers.

Kacee currently volunteers with a wide variety of charitable organizations.

Kacee is a graduate of The University of Arizona with a double major in English Literature and
Political Science. She later earned a master's degree in business administration (MBA).
