Introduction
Hi! My name is Brian. I started playing the ukulele in late 2011 because I had some free time and wanted to pursue a new (and relatively inexpensive) hobby. Now I'm hooked! I'm very happy that I joined this group! The people here are wonderful!
How long have you been playing or interested in playing the Ukulele?

Do you currently own a Ukulele (how many)?
Yes. I now have 3 ukes... I'm sure that soon enough my collection will grow. The next uke I want to get is a flea. It's like an addiction!
What your favorite song to play or would like to learn to play on the Uke?
Recently I've been trying to learn how to finger pick and have been practicing "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen. I'd like to learn some more difficult chords and chord transitions and learn some David Bowie songs.
Do you play any other instruments?
No. This is my first attempt at music (other than karaoke).
What would you like to see out of this group?
I'd like to meet up with other uke players and learn from more experienced players. I'd also like to get to the point where I can feel comfortable playing in front of others. That's my next hurdle.
