For all of you who started with us last summer and built up to half marathon distance, thank you so much for showing up and supporting each others training!

I'd love to do the same thing again this year......The group is currently running a 3 mile route starting from Joe's coffee shop over at Higley/Ray. (There is also a 2.2 mile route option if you aren't up for 3 miles yet!) We will stay at this distance through August, and in September we will slowly start adding distance to our Saturday runs.

The 5k/10k season is about to gear up, so lets pick some races and train!
