I love to run!
I love this group! I have run with them for several years, and everyone is so positive and motivating. We all meet in front of Joe's Farm Grill, run whatever distance we choose, and then wait for each other at the end. It's encouraging to know that a group of people will be there to cheer you on at the finish line! In addition to our regular weekend runs, we often do fun community races, and also meet to go out to eat at local restaurants. We even get together for healthy holiday potlucks. This group rocks!
