Cinco de Mayo Potluck - The Veggie Way

Bring a dish along with the recipe to share. To keep with the Cinco de Mayo theme, it would be nice (but not mandatory) to have a Mexican or Mexican-inspired dish. Ovo-lacto vegetarian food is ok, but vegan is preferred to accommodate everyone. Please label any items that are not 100% vegan.

Please visit and indicate what you will bring.   If it asks for a pass code, it's 0503  -- the date of the event.

To avoid polluting the planet unnecessarily, we will use real plates and silverware.  If the turnout is larger than I can accommodate, I'll ask for help or we'll switch to disposable as a last resort.

Bring your own beverage (alcohol is fine).  Plenty of reverse-osmosis filtered water will be available, so no need for plastic water bottles if water is your beverage of choice.

Allergy alert: Chip has 2 dogs.

Chip did an amazing job hosting this vegan potluck. The food, the company (K9 and human), and wine were all excellent.

I just realized I have a commitment at seven that I didn't have on my calendar. So I will not be able to go. Boo

Also one of my every-other-Saturday work days. I look forward to doing something when I can.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
