When did you first start using Haskell?

I've experimented with Ocaml and F#. Have been to Scala@Sea meetups. Just recently I completed a simple database-table export script to putty sftp using ghci, Database.HDBC.ODBC and System.Process. It was really quite easy after some time spent in the REPL, eg. learning to use mapM and to use type-constraints when needed.

Do you use Haskell at work?

Not in any "real" manner. I've automated some simple string-generation for building (MS-SQL's Reporting Services) just for practice.

What are your handles on IRC/reddit/github/etc and/or what blogs do you keep?

nothing relevant yet.

Like F#. Perpetual beginner with Haskell... but it slowly grows on me.

What Aaron W. is saying about this Meetup Group

Sometimes it's more about category-theory and type-theory than Haskell coding, but it's always the most interesting programming-related meetup.
