NOTE THE CHANGED MEETING DAY. ONE WEEK EARLIER THAN OUR NORMAL TUESDAY:
This meeting will be a joint meeting with the InDesign Users Group. We are excited to have Blurb.com rescheduled for their presentation that was canceled due to the power problems at the Conference Center last winter.
Since this is a joint meeting we are splitting the RSVP limit to only 120.
For Seattle's first ever mash-up between Adobe's InDesign Users Group and our own Photoshop User's Group, we are being blessed with a evening devoted to the art of bookmaking for creatives sponsored by Blurb.com. -- Please consider signing in at the InDesign Users Group site -- this will make you eligible to win a copy of InDesign and will help the "pizza count" for the night.
Published author and professional photographer Jay Graham will walk you through making a Blurb book with the new Book Module in Lightroom 4 as well as with InDesign. Jay will cover how photographers (and other creatives) can use their books to promote, share, and sell their work to clients and prospects. Jay will bring along his Blurb books to share as examples.
Attendees are also encouraged to "show and tell" there creations and successes in created unique books. A special prize will go to the audience's favorite book of the evening.

BRING A BOOK YOU HAVE CREATED! One $150 gift certificate will be awarded to the best book created by an attendee -- but you must bring the book to show!!!
There will be additional gift certificates raffled during the meeting, and some great swag from Blurb. Thanks Blurb!
