Thank you to all those who have RSVP'd!

The Event: SEMU Entrepreneur’s Group Event At Prudential.

Time & Date: Tuesday November 27th, 6pm to 8pm

I want thank you for attending the SEMU (South End MeetUp) Entrepreneur’s Club event at the Community Theater in the new Microsoft Store at Prudential Center.

The store is located near the main food court of the Prudential Center. The theater area is on the other side of the glass partitions behind the Answer Desk. The space holds about 35 people, contains a 130 inch touch screen monitor/computer, with plenty of tables and chairs available for use.

The event will start at 6pm with light snacks, refreshments and mingling. Presentations will begin at 6:30 pm, with two to three keynote speakers and then followed by a 5 by 5 Local Venture Showcase (up to 5 individuals each giving a 5 minute presentation about their, venture, project or resource). The remainder of the event will conclude with more networking and schmoozing.

Two of the keynote presenters will be:
Helena Fruscio, Creative Economy Industry Director for Massachusetts: http://www.mass.gov/hed/economic/industries/creative/createmass.html . Helena will be giving a presentation about the creative economy in the State, who is involved and what resources are available.

CEMI – The Electronic Media Institute: http://cemi.org/ This a non-profit organization that offers classes, workshops, services and events involving the entire spectrum of electronic media in innovative and creative ways. In addition to presenting they will be doing a exhibition of one of their projects at the event.

Reiko Beach - The Tool Box Inc.: http://thetoolboxinc.com/ Tom & Reiko Beach started The Toolbox Inc. in 2009 with the help of many. Tech Day Camp is a part of the Toolbox Inc. that was created for small business owners and non-profit organizations to get quality information locally, and inexpensively, from experts that are in the field.

Among the presenters during the local venture showcase will be:

Missi Seiler, OpenBoard.com: http://openboard.com/. OpenBoard is on-line resource that combines the power of a social network and a classified listings board in one place.

If you would like to attend this event please RSVP to this link below at Meetup.com:

We have slots available for the local venture showcase if you wish to make a presentation or pitch. If you would like to make a presentation, please email me no later then tomorrow evening at 9pm. Also all presentations must be in a Windows format ( PowerPoint or SkyDrive) and not on any competitive software or hardware (no Apple computers, Ipad or Nexus tablets). If you have a PC or a USB that will be fine, the Store has plenty of equipment.

Let us connect, communicate and hopefully collaborate at the SEMU Entrepreneur's Group.
