Abstract for "Measuring Customer Satisfaction using JIRA":
As a workflow and data capture tool, JIRA has features far beyond its most common usage in a software development context. This presentation will cover how to setup JIRA for anonymous access, then how to use it to distribute a customer feedback survey. We'll demonstrate the workflow and transition conditions used to review the feedback, plus a custom email template useful to see user feedback at a glance. Finally we'll touch on some SQL used to extract metrics straight from the database and produce aggregated results.
