Dermot, your question should get a wider readership at http://answers.atlassian.com

Can't find what I am looking for on JIRA Help or documentation pages, have spent an hour looking, try to post a question but had page crash, can someone contact me for a specific question on exporting to excel and formatting of original estimates? I am new user in San Jose and drove the hour to SF for the user group.

Formal meetup was great-- learned a ton. The breakout sessions were pretty lame, though. No structure, Atlassian person did not show to the one I wanted. I appreciate having a forum for support questions but I think there is probably a better way to structure it.

Great session. I especially benefited by the focus group sessions in the latter half - very informative and it was good to share ideas with fellow users. While it's appreciated that Atlassian is providing the venue, it'd be nice if something was done with acoustics in the session area ... it was very difficult to have a discussion with the sound bouncing off the bare walls. Definitely looking forward to the next session!

Focus group portion was disappointing. Too loud to hear, not clear whether there was an Atlassian employee in the group. A bit of a bust. Although I did meet some interesting and helpful people as the group dissolved.

If you know someone that is interested in working on Atlassian tools and plugins, please let me know! Do they have leadership ability like a Jedi? And do they get successful results without using a lightsaber? If so, tell them to join the forces of Good and contact me!
