After the hike, we will be going to set up camp at Wildcat Group Camp on the South Gate rd. just below the Junction. Please reply separately to that meet-up if you would like to join us for camping. The hike is more like Strenuous than Moderate, which is what I expected. Main attraction is the views.

What is the elevation gain on the hike?
Will there be a shorter hike on Sun. am. before we leave?

Hi! Is there some carpool available from Mountain View area?
    Thanks! Julia

I am driving through Mountain View. Is 8:30am OK? That leaves enough time to pick up others if anyone else needs a carpool. Here is my email [masked], and phone, [masked].

Hi Eric! Thanks for your message. This time is great. But I don't plan to stay for camping. And you?

I'd also like to ride (or drive) from Palo Alto (where I live) or Mtn. View (easy for me to get to). I don't plan to stay for the astronomy meet.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
