Great idea Kathleen! Anyone wanting to meet with Kathleen at the front entrance at 10:15 - please do. If you cannot make it at that time, please stop by the Norcal booth #604 and let them know you are part of the meetup group. Have fun - and get a bag full of great goodies!!! Take some pics and share them with the group!

Kathleen - the majority of the "golden" people attending will be at the Norcal Golden Retriever Rescue booth, #604. We will be there from 10:00 to 6:00 pm. You are welcome to stop by our booth and visit and say hello! I don't think there will be any organized golden meet up group going to the Pet Expo as a group. I will be working the booth so I will not be able to meet up with you at the door. Look forward to seeing you and your daughter at our booth! Kathy

i look forward to meeting the goldens and stopping by the booth. my girl and i are coming from a couple hours away so we may not make it to the door by 10:15 but will try!

Well i had a great time at the expo and my pup loved it too. Only met Kathy at the booth since i missed the 10:15 time at the door. had a chance to meet and pet a lot of goldens, however the owners knew nothing about this meetup page. i look forward to the next one im able to attend tho some day. perhaps meet some more people from the group then?

I missed the 10:15 slot too! Hope nobody felt stood up! We went by the booth but everybody was busy chatting with prospective adopters, so we didn't get to say hi. Had a good time seeing all the many dogs at the event. Was hoping for more giveaways! Seemed like people were giving out samples of treats, etc., on the spot, but not small sample packets. Didn't want the dogs to eat their way through the exhibition hall so they only got a few. But it was a good time.

joshThe expo was amazing! had a ton of fun walking around with my pup for 7.5 hours, and i learned that it IS in fact possible to wear her out haha.
