Given the rising cost of healthcare as well as regulations associated with the Affordable Care Act, healthcare organizations are looking for ways to reduce costs and enhance quality of care. This process requires not only effective access to data but also better coordination among care providers as well as better understanding of patient populations.
Big Data Analytics can help providers, payers and patients to better manage delivery of care as well ensure optimal outcomes. Currently, there are petabytes of ‘cold’ data (both structured and unstructured) sitting in disconnected repositories and not being utilized. We need practical strategies to derive insight from mountains of healthcare data and drive better decision-making.
In this panel, we bring together leading experts from the industry to discuss key lessons, challenges and best practices. We will learn what leading healthcare organizations are doing to deliver better health for us all.
