Jennifer Weiner at the JCCSF 6/22

Hello everyone! Just wanted to pass along some info I got about discounted tickets to a talk by Jennifer Weiner next month.

Jennifer Weiner (Good in Bed, In Her Shoes, Best Friends Forever, Fly Away Home) writes witty, entertaining novels that often feature clever plus-sized women who triumph over skinny mean girls. Despite selling millions of books, she’s never been reviewed in the New York Times. Lately she’s in the news for igniting a public discussion about male bias in the publishing industry. Her new book, All Fall Down, takes on the topic of women and addiction.

I would like to meet up. I ordered a ticket online but it didn't ask me for my payment info so that's confusing. Maybe it's just holding me a spot???? (does anyone know?) I would like to sit with the other women who are from the book club, tho. Anyone else?

Hi Blair! So sorry about the issues online. I actually work at the JCCSF and our website is a bit difficult to manage. If you didn't get to the payment screen, that means your tickets didn't get purchased. Give us a call at[masked] between noon and 7 pm and we can sell you your ticket on the phone. It IS assigned seats, so once we get closer to the event I am happy to rearrange anyone's tickets from this book club who would like to sit together.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
