Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard. The book is organized into several chapters, each presents a way to produce personal or organizational change as well as good narratives of success using these methods. I found it helpful and in many times right on point, although the book is not footnoted with references to actual research. However, the authors are two Stanford Social Psychologists and the advice seems sound, and the narrative was engaging.
