Calling all Food Lovers who want to eat amazing food, drink good wine AND look and feel good about their bodies. (Basically you want the best of both worlds.) I started this group because it can be done. We Meet up and check out the local SF Restaurants especially in the Pac Heights Area. We enjoy ourselves with incredible food & wine and great conversation. I also get specialized menus made specifically for our group from time to time that is healthy but still tastes great. We then meet to do fun exercise routines like hiking, walking, low impact strength training and mobility to feel good (and to work off the yummy food we eat ;-). Workouts are geared towards beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness levels so there is always an exercise option that will work for your body.
