A little running...a little drinking... 7/17

  • July 17, 2013 · 7:00 PM

This 4.1-mile loop makes a quick exit from the Tendernob into contrasting Pacific Heights, making the inevitable visits to Lafayette Park and Alta Plaza. It adds a corner of the Presidio and returns through Japantown.

R Bar was suggested by Heather L! It's bigger than it looks--there's a hidden side room with arcade games.

Just got back from Vegas a couple days ago. Hopefully I won't be hurting too badly on today's run.

I have a class at 6 and may be a little late, worst case will trail y'all around the course and be last in line at the bar. I'm new to the group, looking forward to it!

If anyone wants to join for a 2 mile warmup, meet at Cervantes & Fillmore for the 'Run with the bus' challenge at 6:30! http://motionstarved.com/run-with-the-bus/

It is a mile and ends one mile from R Bar

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
