2 investment ideas, plus the psychology of investing and trading

We heard from you that you want to discuss more investment ideas. I'm excited about that. At this meeting we'll listen to two pitches and then talk about them as a group. Kassim and myself will each share research and a thesis for investments to consider for our account. Look for more information soon about these specific pitches so you can do some research of your own before the meeting.

And while we love to chat about new investment opportunities, we also stress the importance of strong philosophies and strategies. Eric will talk with us about the psychology of investing and trading. I think we can all take away some ideas and tips about this topic - it's critical to being a profitable investor. Don't miss it!

The partners will also vote on whether to buy Portfolio Recovery Associates ($PRAA) for our investment account. Eric led us through an analysis and discussion at our last meeting.

See you there,

William

Really useful discussion on investment psychology. More than simply picking stocks this helps with the whole emotional attitude around building sound investment approaches. We need more meetings like this.

I agree and what helps more is finding a way to re-enforce these things, over time it will stick.
