No SF Liberty Coalition event for September - next event October 20

The 50 Mason Social House was booked for a big corporate event this
month -- unfortunately the bar owner was not willing to prioritize our
event in cases where they have groups willing to pay to book the
space, which he did warn might happen occasionally -- and while he did
try to find alternate locations for us, we've had a tough time
locating a suitable replacement space for this Thursday.

So I've decided to skip our event for this month, which will also
give a bit more time to get some stuff scheduled further out, starting
with the third Thursday in October, the 20th.

As always, suggestions for local political topics to look at from a
pro-freedom perspective, and leads on speakers to address those
topics, are welcome and encouraged. What local issue do you think
deserves more libertarian focus? I'm particularly interested in
creative suggestions on civil/personal liberties issues, as one of my
goals for the series is to make sure we do not slight these issues in
favor of economic issues, and thus hopefully expand the appeal of SF
Liberty Coalition to more local people on the left.

Love & Liberty,
                                    ((( starchild )))
